Mindy Sink lives in Denver with her husband, Mike Seymour, and their daughter, Sophie. She calls the Highlands neighborhood home where there are views of Pikes Peak to the south and the rapidly changing South Platte River Valley and downtown to the east.

Mindy has written about Denver and the greater Rocky Mountain region since 1995 as a stringer and freelancer for the New York Times, as well as Sunset Magazine, The Christian Science Monitor and The Rocky Mountain News. She is also a regular contributor to www.10best.com. Mindy is a co-author of Colorado Organic: Cooking Seasonally, Eating Locally, which was published in 2008.
