Keystone Raft and Kayak Adventures (907/835-2606 or 800/328-8460, www.alaskawhitewater.com) offers an exciting two-hour raft trip down the Class III Lowe River through Keystone Canyon for $55. Other choices include a half-day trip on the Tsaina River (Class IV, $105) near Thompson Pass and all-day Tonsina River trips (Class III–IV, $165), 80 miles from town. Trips depart from their office at Mile 17 on the Richardson Highway; transport from Valdez is extra. Also ask about longer trips throughout the Copper River Valley.
