As the new Pedregal develoment takes shape on the west side of town, a number of large, luxury beach homes have come on the rental market in Cabo San Lucas. Ranging in size from two to five or more bedrooms, these townhouses or private homes accommodate small groups with a creative list of in-villa services.
For an extra fee, the property manager will stock your villa prior to your arrival with the foods and supplies you request. (You can also head to Costco and buy what you want when you get there.)
Guests may schedule pilates or yoga classes, spa treatments, and chef services (one special meal or three meals daily). Prices start at about US$1,500 per night for a three-bedroom villa.
