Overlooking a couple of parking lots—and the Inner Harbor—this Federal Hill bar has been packing in crowds for years. The big, rear waterview deck is an ideal spot to partake of some cool mojitos and carnitas tacos under the glow of the Domino Sugars sign (and it’s a great place to watch the fireworks that occasionally illuminate the Inner Harbor).
Inside, this industrial-strength establishment has a huge central bar, lots of seats and TVs, and a faux-rickety “old Cuba” feel. If you’re over 35, you might be in the minority here some weekends, but you won’t be alone.
