Perhaps the best-value spa in Bangkok is Health Land, with four locations in the greater Bangkok area and one in Pattaya. The spas are located in large standalone structures, and are modern, nicely decorated, clean, and professional, if not luxurious.
Health Land has been around for many years, and what makes it continue to do so well despite all the competition is the professionalism of the staff and the amazingly reasonable pricing. In addition to Thai massage, treatments include body scrubs, aromatherapy oil massage, and facials.
The spas are open until 11 p.m. and you can often just walk in without an appointment.
