The Opposite House is one of the trendiest boutique hotels in Beijing. Located in chic Sanlitun Village, it was designed by Japanese architect Kengo Kuma and Shanghai firm Neri & Hu. It’s the flagship hotel of the Swire group, and no expense has been spared when it comes to detail and quality.
The six food-and-beverage venues include Bei restaurant, Mesh bar, and Punk club, each of which is a destination in itself.
The Opposite House is one of the most modern and attractive hotels in Beijing, and one of the most expensive. Its atrium reception leads through to stylish, simply decorated guest rooms. If you’ve got the money to spend, this one comes highly recommended.
