With over a century of duck-roasting expertise under its belt, the Quan Ju De chain is an obvious choice for a Peking Duck dinner. While other places around town may be more intimate and atmospheric, Quan Ju De never fails to deliver when it comes to taste, crispy skin, and duck-related side dishes. Richard Nixon and Fidel Castro have eaten here, and both apparently left satisfied.
Quan Ju De has a secret recipe for the coating on its roast ducks that no other restaurant has managed to replicate. Whole ducks are sliced in front of you at your table. Be sure to book ahead.
