As tasty as Chinese food is, sometimes you need a break from all that spice and salt. Element Fresh is the perfect antidote with its menu of healthy, additive-free salads, warm and cold sandwiches, appetizers, and pastas. This branch is bright and spacious inside and has an outdoor seating area.
Salads include classics like Cobb, Caesar, and Niçoise along with rotating seasonal specials and more imaginative creations with an Asian influence. Choose from a drink menu of healthy juices and smoothies, coffee, and tea. There’s a selection of entrées and wines for dinner, but Element Fresh flourishes as a lunch venue.
It’s a good spot for a quick business lunch if you’re having meetings during the day, as service is fast and efficient.
