Pudong’s newest shopping mall is a deluxe addition to the area’s already booming retail landscape. It sits at the bottom of the new International Finance Center, below the twin towers that make up part of Shanghai’s modern skyline.
The six-floor, glass-fronted ifc Mall holds luxury Western brands, like Bottega Veneta and Charlotte Ronson, as well as a wide variety of food offerings, including Haiku by Hatsune sushi, Donut King, Morton’s The Steakhouse, and ISOLA Italian. It is also home to Shanghai’s flagship Apple store. In the basement is a sprawling organic supermarket and Western-style delicatessen.
The ifc complex was designed by Cesar Pelli and contains Grade A office space and a Ritz-Carlton hotel.
