Flip-flop casual is the vibe at Hi Tide, at 9 Beaches Resort (tel. 441/232-6655 or 441/239-2998, www.9beaches.com, 6:30–10 p.m. Tues.–Sun., Apr.–Dec). Steamed mussels ($15), conch fritters with jerk mayonnaise ($9), blackened rockfish ($26), sashimi tuna ($26), black Angus peppercorn steak ($26), and roasted butter chicken ($20) are some of the gastronomic concoctions whipped up by the resort’s chefs. A full vegetarian menu is also available.
