To be honest, the culinary presence on Catalina isn’t much to write home about. While there’s certainly no lack of restaurants in Avalon, the trend toward delicious cuisine at both the high and low ends hasn’t made it across the island to the channel yet.
You might consider getting a room or a condo with a kitchen and cooking a few of your own meals to save a bit of cash while you’re here.
