Founders Hall is more than just a place for Bank of America workers to buy the New York Times, drop off their dry cleaning, or line up for a jolt of java: It’s a destination for foodies and shoppers in-the-know, where the upscale retailers offer products that are hard to find elsewhere in Charlotte.

The Bank of America Store and Heritage Center is the place to find branded bank merchandise and also acts as a mini museum that contains some interesting historic banking artifacts. The three-story building is capped with a vaulted atrium that rises over 100 feet and links the office tower, shops, restaurants, and the North Carolina Blumenthal Performing Arts Center.

Renowned North Carolina artist Ben Long painted three stunning frescoes that can be viewed from the lobby of the corporate center.
