Every Fourth of July weekend the streets of Cherry Creek North’s shopping district are barricaded for three days to host a huge outdoor Cherry Creek Arts Festival. The emphasis is on the artwork to be sure, but there is also live music and a whole street devoted to culinary creations.
Wander the various booths until something catches your eye, then duck inside the tent, where you might find yourself having a one-on-one chat with one of the artists. The free festival includes local artists and those who have come from around the world to participate.
