For an evening of sophisticated dining, visit Rioja in Larimer Square to try some delectable Mediterranean-inspired seasonal cuisine. The muted earth tones and copper-topped bar set off against exposed brick are reminiscent of the colors of the Spanish wine country, Rioja.
The wine list, of course, includes wine from the Rioja region. The dinner menu includes a memorable artichoke tortellini, unexpectedly light gnocchi, and hearty entrées.
The bar menu, always available, has a few items under $5, and the pastas are available as appetizers too. Their patio is open when weather permits for lunch and dinner.
