For those who need help with trip logistics or equipment, a number of companies specialize in outfitting noncommercial Grand Canyon trips. Most offer all-inclusive packages or allow you to select what you need from a lengthy list of possibilities, including dry bags, toilet boxes, and satellite phones.
Rental boats and rafts all meet National Park Service regulations, but you’ll find some differences between companies in regard to the sizes and types of watercraft they offer.
