With a hip family atmosphere housed in a building resembling its namesake structure, Light House (12 Calle 3-46 Zona 10, tel. 2331-9866, noon–11 p.m. Mon.–Wed., noon–1 a.m. Thurs.–Sat., noon–6 p.m. Sun.) serves classic seafood dishes, including oysters Rockefeller, crab cakes, and lobster Thermidor.
Donde Mikel (13 Calle 5-19 Zona 10, tel. 2323-1524, lunch and dinner Mon.–Sat.) serves some of the city’s best seafood and grilled steak in a casual atmosphere. Its surf-and-turf plates are a popular favorite.
Although officially Peruvian food, the menu at Inka Grill (2a Avenida 14-22 Zona 10, tel. 2363-3013, noon–10 p.m. Sun.–Wed., until 11 p.m. Thurs.–Sat.) is heavy on delicious seafood, including several types of grilled fish and a Chinese-Peruvian blend of flavors, as in the case of its tasty wonton soup.
