The main ocean road heading north from Coxen Hole leads to the small town of Flowers Bay, home to the island’s most popular late-night spot, Hip Hop. Despite the name, country-western music is the number one rhythm of choice, and the place gets going promptly at 2:15 a.m., when everything else on the island has closed and those in the know start to show up here.
