The park service distributes a free Vacation Planner at the park gates and neighboring tourist centers; it’s also posted on the park’s website. It contains a good overview of current information on rates, programs, recreation, and services.
Another helpful source is the commercial site at www.americanparknetwork.com.
For reservations at any of Glacier’s and Waterton’s lodges or motels, call 406/892-2525 or visit www.glacierparkinc.com, the website of Glacier Park Inc. (GPI, the official concessionaire in charge of lodging and transportation in the park). Sperry and Granite Park Chalets are operated by Belton Chalets (888/345-2649, www.sperrychalet.com, www.graniteparkchalet.com).
Although the park is open daily year-round, most park services only operate from late May through September.
