Eating out in Eugene has long been a delight, thanks to such restaurants as longtime favorite Ambrosia and the highly regarded Marché. You may also be impressed by the staggering array of locally made gourmet products and natural foods available at the markets.

As you might have guessed, many of these delectables are foremost organically grown and nutritionally sound. And although it’s perhaps not as nutritionally sound as, say, Toby’s Tofu Pâté (the spicy version is quite good), be sure to treat yourself to some Prince Puckler’s ice cream (1605 E. 19th Ave., 541/344-4418).
