Possibly the strangest and coolest dorm ever, International House of Philadelphia is home to over 400 international students studying at area colleges and universities. It’s also a nexus of cultural and artistic programming for University City and Philly as a whole. Given its mission, I-House focuses on world culture, and offers an extensive and jaw-droppingly diverse series of film screenings, art shows, installations, live music, food festivals, dance performances, speakers, and more.

he auditorium has a large projection screen, and while not quite up to par with a typical movie theater as far as quality, the place is much cooler than anything typical.
