Historic Downtown Glendale
The quaint Historic Downtown Glendale has become a mecca for Arizona antiquers, thanks to its two shopping districts of Old Towne (Glendale Ave. and 58th Ave.) and Caitlin Court (Myrtle Ave. and 58th Ave.).
This pedestrian-friendly neighborhood features old bungalows with white picket fences and shady trees that have been converted into small specialty shops, like Country Maiden (7146 N. 58th Ave., 623/930-7303, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Mon.–Sat.) and The Cottage Garden (7142 N. 58th Ave., 623/847-3232, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Tues.–Sat.).
