Grilled duck breast, bouillabaisse, and Dover sole are among its specialties. It also has an extensive wine list. Dine inside or outside overlooking the marina. Los Makos Restaurant (Carr. 3, Nagaubo Playa, Naguabo, 787/874-2353, Tues.–Wed. 11:30 a.m.–8 p.m., Thurs. and Sun. 11 a.m.–10 p.m., Fri.–Sat. 11 a.m.–midnight, $10–40) is a large modern restaurant with dining indoors and out, and a separate bar. It specializes in seafood, and its big seller by far is the local lobster, served in salads, soups, creole sauce, charbroiled, in garlic butter, or “Makos” style, accompanied by octopus, conch, and shrimp.
