Permitted items include avocados, coconuts, papayas, and plantains. Mangoes, passion fruits, and plants potted in soil are not permitted. Pre-Columbian items or items from Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Serbia, Montenegro, and Sudan may not be brought into the United States.
