Mosquito Bay: Take a guided kayak or electric pontoon boat to Vieques’s bioluminescent bay, where you can get up close and personal with the water that glows an electric blue at night.
Balneario Sun Bay: Vieques’s mile-long, sandy, crescent-shaped beach on crystal-blue waters comes with bathroom, shower, and snack-bar facilities.
Playa Flamenco: Puerto Rico’s most celebrated stretch of white sand and aquamarine water is in Culebra. It’s considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the United States.
Diving in Culebra: Culebra is surrounded by 50 dive sites, and excellent snorkeling can be found right off its beaches. One of the best sites is Playa Carlos Rosario, which features a long coral reef rich with sea life.
