Perched on a breezy hilltop overlooking the entire broad sweep of Tenacatita Bay, this is an adults-only romantic retreat, with all meals and in-house activities included, plus a big blue oceanview pool patio, sauna, sea-vista hot tub, gym, and clothing-optional settings. You can also enjoy all of the lively sports, discoing, and beach action of Los Angeles Locos on the beach downhill, at no extra cost. Added-cost amenities include spa services such as a native-Mexican temazcal hot room and massage.

Paths radiate to the tile-roofed lodging units, spread over the palmy summit-park like a garden of giant mushrooms. The units themselves are designer-spartan, in white and blue, with modern baths, luxuriously high ceilings, and broad ocean vistas from view balconies.

All-inclusive tariffs for the 70 accommodations, all with air-conditioning, run about the same as Hotel Los Angeles Locos. Directions and address are identical to Los Angeles Locos, but turn right at the signed Punta Serena entrance driveway before heading downhill to Los Angeles Locos.
