The park encompasses some 65 acres, and visitors will enjoy seeing native trees and flowers, including dogwoods, lotus, and pine.
There is a museum about the local environment, picnic facilities, and pleasant trails. Environmental education is the center’s mission, and this is a popular destination for families and school groups.
