There are a few easy-to-locate chain hotels in Tombstone, and a variety of bed-and-breakfasts. The Tombstone Boarding House B&B (108 N. 4th St., 520/457-3716, 877/225-1319, www.tombstoneboardinghouse.com, $59–89 d) offers comfortable rooms in two adobe houses that date to the 1880s.
The Wild Rose Inn (101 N. 3rd St., 520/457-3844, 866/457-3844, $79–89 d, $109 with private bath) is in a Victorian home built in the early 1900s.
Nellie Cashman Restaurant (5th and Toughnut Sts., 520/457-2212, daily 7:30 a.m.–9:30 p.m.) has good American food, and the Lamplight Room (198 N. 4th St., 520/457-3716, Fri.–Mon. 11:30 a.m.–8 p.m., Sun. 11:30 a.m.–7 p.m.) serves Mexican and American food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. There are several eateries within the historic district, most of them serving cowboy- and Southwestern-style food.
