Inside the Hotel Congress downtown, The Cup Café is a popular weekend breakfast destination, as well as a perfect choice for lunch or dinner anytime. They serve an eclectic blend of American food with a dash of several ethnic traditions, jumping from hummus to nachos, with entrées like borracho (drunk) pork tenderloin, marinated in tequila and chipotles and served with a sweet-potato gratin, country green beans, and a red-onion marmalade.
