In midtown’s Sam Hughes neighborhood, Rincon Market is one of the last old-school neighborhood grocery stores in Arizona. They have an excellent butcher, and they sell a lot of kosher foods and prepared dishes, including the best roast chicken in town. The deli here is always good, and they’ve got a salad bar and a good produce selection.
Perhaps the best time to visit the Rincon Market is on the weekend, when they open their breakfast bar (Sat. 7 a.m.–noon, Sun. 8 a.m.–1 p.m.), featuring a made-to-order omelet bar, Belgian waffles, and eggs Benedict (Sunday only).
