The brightly painted Sea Crest Inn (Great Harbour, 284/495-9024, U.S. 340/776-4197, www.bviwelcome.com/seacrestinn, $130 winter, $90 summer) overlooks Great Harbour and is just steps away from most of its bars and restaurants. The concrete block structure houses a half dozen one-bedroom apartments, each equipped with a small balcony, kitchen, queen-size beds, air-conditioning, and cable TV.
Perfect Pineapple (White Bay, 284/495-9104, $130) has three rooms equipped with small kitchens and air-conditioning behind Gertrude’s Beach Bar and Restaurant, a few yards from the beach. Other options include a one-bedroom apartment ($200) and a two-bedroom house ($300) that come equipped with satellite TV and air-conditioning.
