Texas Civil War Museum

The Texas Civil War Museum (760 Jim Wright Frwy. N., 817/246-2323, www.texascivilwarmuseum.com [1], Tues.–Sat. 9 a.m.–5 p.m., $6 adults, $3 students ages 7–12) is one of the largest Civil War museums in the country. Boasting more than 15,000 square feet of exhibits, the museum contains three major galleries: a Civil War collection, Victorian dress collection, and United Daughters of the Confederacy Texas Confederate collection.
