Los Ángeles [1] is centrally located for excursions to several protected areas, including Parque Nacional Laguna del Laja [2] and Parque Nacional Nahuelbuta [3]. The waterfall at Salto del Laja [4] is a traditional Chilean holiday destination, while a couple of rural accommodations are destinations in themselves.
