This restaurant, part of the Four Seasons Hotel [1], is an almost inappropriately upscale place to eat the different renditions of guay teow, tom yam kung, som tam, and other typical Thai dishes. The decor of Spice Market, just inside the courtyard, is mostly old spice jars and memorabilia and is impeccable if not a little contrived.
If you’re staying at the hotel or are having a business lunch, it makes perfect sense. Otherwise, visit for the opulent and excellent Sunday brunch, where you’ll enjoy all of the Thai dishes as well as sushi, a raw bar, dim sum, roasted meats, breads, cheeses, international desserts, and free-flowing champagne and other drinks.
