Right after the main entrance to the Grand Palace [2] is this exceptional shop carrying mostly handcrafted goods from all over Thailand. The store is part of the Queen’s Support Foundation and proceeds go towards supporting and sustaining folk arts and crafts in the country and many of the items are made as part of the program.

Quality and craftsmanship of everything in the shop tends to be excellent, and prices are very reasonable. This is an excellent place to pick up souvenirs and gifts for home, and you’ll also learn something about traditional Thai crafts.

Head here after touring the Grand Palace. Even if you’re tired from sightseeing, the shop’s ice-cold air-conditioning will revive you!
