This charismatic little café is located in what used to be an annex of the German Consul’s mansion. The narrow terraced house has three floors connected by a rickety staircase and the walls are decorated in graffiti (there are marker pens available for you to add to it).
The owner, Old Mike, lends his name to the signature vodka-spiked coffee. Individual cigarettes can be rolled with the flavored tobacco collection on the 1st floor (although smoking is only allowed downstairs and on the covered balcony).
Most of the kitschy ornaments on display are for sale and there’s free Wi-Fi throughout. Soft drinks come in recycled jars.
