Situated opposite Chaoyang Park, this American restaurant serves burgers, salads, award-winning Australian steaks (chilled, not frozen during import), and an impressive brunch that includes eggs Benedict, French toast, huevos rancheros, and pancakes.
Chef William “Billy” Bolton runs the kitchen, insisting that his restaurant is smoke-free. Peach-toned walls, white tablecloths, and silver service give it a reassuringly solid feel—more of a fine-dining neighborhood joint than diner.
Prices reflect the quality, but they’re far from exorbitant. Be sure to try the homemade ice cream for dessert if you have room.
