Another option is the hotel and restaurant management school Cenfotur (Pedro Martinto 320, tel. 01/241-4726, www.cenfotur.edu.pe , US$200 per course), whose workshop classes also feature cocktail making and wine-tasting. At either of these institutions you will have to make special arrangements for English speaking classes.
