Asian Fusion

KenZen Sushi Bar and Exotic Cuisine (315 N. Mt. Shasta Blvd., 530/926-2345, Tues.–Sat. 5–9:30 p.m., $8–20) can hook you up with some decent sushi and other Asian cuisine. Granted, if you’ve been eating in the Bay Area [1] or Wine Country [2], the “exotic” items won’t seem terribly uncommon to you.

The menu features a pleasant array of Asian-themed soups and salads, a few steaks and grilled fish dishes, and a long (if fairly standard) sushi list. On the walls of this casual-elegant eatery you’ll find the work of a number of local artists.
