It’s easy to fly in to California, particularly if you’re heading for one of the major metropolitan areas like Los Angeles [1], San Francisco [2], or San Diego [3].
Reaching the more rural or outlying regions of the state is a bit trickier and you’ll probably find yourself driving—possibly for hours—from one of the major airports.
