Echo Amphitheater

This band shell–shape rock formation, a natural wonder of acoustics, is a great place to let kids run around and yell to their hearts’ content. It’s four miles north of Ghost Ranch [1]; there are pleasant picnic areas tucked among the brush and a couple of campsites ($2 day-use fee).
