The main plaza is ringed with less-than-inspiring T-shirt shops and souvenir stores. Two further clusters of boutiques and art dealers lie just north of the plaza—very pleasant places to browse, though you won’t find many bargains.
From mid-May through October, there’s a farmers market (8 a.m.–1 p.m. Sat.) in the town hall parking lot, next to the library just north of the plaza on Camino de la Placita.
