Best known as home to Texas A&M University [1], the Bryan-College Station area is truly representative of the A (agriculture) in A&M. Ranches, farms, and rolling prairies surround the two cities, which serve as agricultural supply and market centers for the small surrounding communities.
Despite rumors to the contrary emanating from Austin [2], College Station is a cultural asset to the area by regularly scheduling impressive exhibits and speakers at A&M.
