Magnolia Avenue (U.S. 25 W.) and Martin Luther King Boulevard are two thoroughfares that head east from downtown Knoxville [1]. Originally a series of quiet residential neighborhoods, East Knoxville has gradually evolved into a mixture of low-rise office buildings, modest sprawl, and historic homes.
