Five miles up the Hoh Rain Forest Road is Peak 6 Adventure Store (360/374-5254, 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. daily) selling all sorts of camping and climbing gear and clothes. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable about local trails, and prices are reasonable.
