The Upper Skagit Bald Eagle Festival celebrates the hundreds of eagles that gather along the Skagit River in late January. Festivities include music, an arts and crafts show, and naturalist presentations in Concrete [1], Marblemount [2], and Rockport [2].
Other local events include the Concrete Fly-In on the third weekend in May, attracting pilots from around the Northwest; the River Raft Challenge Race, held the fourth Saturday in July; and Good Olde Days, on the third weekend in August.
