Big Bottom Bar & Grill (9791 Hwy. 12, 360/497-0561) is a fun place for lunch or dinner with great service and dependably good all-American steaks and burgers. Hours are flexible, but usually doors will open at 10 a.m. daily and the kitchen turns off the burners at around 10 p.m. The bar keeps pouring until 2 a.m. most nights.
