Upon opening in 2007, Amada quickly became one of Philadelphia’s [2] hottest restaurants, which is saying a lot. The vibe is always stylish, fun, and energetic, but even more so on Wednesday and Friday with live flamenco dancers.
But the main reason it’s so hard to get a table here at times is the food—delectable, authentic Spanish tapas created by internationally acclaimed chef Jose Garces. Watch through the open kitchen as chefs prepare cured meats, artisan cheeses, and traditional and creative inventions in beautiful preparations.
Whether you want savory, salty, or sweet, the robust flavors on the menu are sure to please. A full bar offers an extensive wine list, as well as red and white sangria, the perfect accompaniment to any dish.
