A block from always-jumping Rittenhouse Square [2], The Black Sheep is a multi-dimensional Irish pub. It has three levels where you can drink, watch a game, play darts, or sample traditional Irish dishes.
Shepherd’s Pie and Guinness Stew are flavorful versions of the Gaelic classics, while Sunday brunch offers staples like Bangers and Mash and Eggs Benedict.
The menu is not strictly limited to traditional Irish fare, as green-curry mussels and a decent pulled-pork sandwich are also pleasing options.
Wednesday nights feature Quizzo, a group trivia game that goes well with a perfect pint of Guinness.
