The oldest continually operating BYOB [2] in the city (which says a lot in a city as old as Philadelphia), Marigold Kitchen is a local favorite. The tiny kitchen of the converted University City row home on a tree-lined residential street turns out unique, flavorful dishes.
While the head chef and style of the cuisine has seen many incarnations throughout the restaurant’s history, the menu and cozy atmosphere keeps fans coming back.
Chef Erin O’Shea offers interesting renditions of classic Southern cooking.
