The Inner Harbor branch (just a block from Little Italy) of this national chain of seafood restaurants has some of the best real estate in town—and is a convenient place to dine with two or 20 people. There are dozens of outdoor tables that fill up fast on sunny days, all with good to great views of the water and Federal Hill.
Inside, there’s a big, casual bar area, with a massive wood and mirrored bar, and several large, more formal dining rooms, where eating in a T-shirt and shorts might feel a little funny. The seafood dishes, from scallops and oysters to halibut and salmon, are best here; other meats and poultry are fine, but not that memorable.
